The short answer

Every extension is priced on its own drawings, so the honest answer is that it depends on size, design and finish. Two extensions of the same floor area can differ a lot in price because of glazing, structure and the kitchen that goes in them.

After a free consultation we send a detailed report, a fixed-price quotation and a works schedule. The price is for the agreed specification, so it only changes if you change the design.

How to keep it on budget

Decide the layout and the main finishes before work starts, keep changes during the build to a minimum, and do related work such as a loft or a re-roof at the same time to share scaffolding and labour.
